Coqtail Events, New Networking Opportunities

Coqtail – for fine drinkers is the latest influential voice in the world of mixology and luxury hospitality. Emerging as the evolution of Coqtail, this bilingual quarterly magazine has made a stylish entrance onto the publishing scene with a fresh and sophisticated approach. Within its 152 pages, readers are taken on a journey through the finest Italian and global excellence in the industry, spotlighting leading figures in bartending and luxury hospitality, as well as experts and rising talents.

Coqtail is not just about what’s on the page. It goes beyond, embarking on a journey across Italy (and beyond), visiting some of the most renowned locations with the aim of creating opportunities for connection and exchange within the community of mixologists who have followed its community for years.

Coqtail Events, More Than a Magazine

The events, in partnership with top-tier venues, are more than just launches—they are immersive experiences. The magazine’s debut took place in the most exclusive settings: Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Locale Firenze and Aman Venice. However, it was in Turin that the event truly came into its own. At Piano35, Coqtail hosted the first of many talks, followed by an evening of tastings.

A Talk With 4 International Bartenders

The talk featured four prominent professionals: Alessia Bellafante of Gesto Milano, Giulia Cuccurullo of Artesian Bar in London, Cristiana Pirinu of Donovan Bar in London, and Alice Musso of Drink Kong in Rome. Led by the magazine’s founders, the discussion tackled vital issues such as social sustainability, inclusivity, and the well-being of workers in the industry.

This collective reflection underscored Coqtail’s dedication to sparking meaningful conversations about the challenges and opportunities facing the hospitality world. The evening in Turin continued with a guest night, where the mixologists showcased their original creations. This format allowed participants not only to taste signature cocktails and discover more about the spirits partners, but also to engage directly with the creative minds behind the bar.

The final stop of the tour took Coqtail to Ischia, where the event was hosted at the Botania Relais & Spa. Here, the focus was on the Italian aperitivo, offering a contemporary take on drinks that seamlessly blended local spirit with international flair, alongside the founders of Cinquanta Spirito Italiano. Ischia won’t be the last stop.
