Taking place on March 10 in London, this exclusive event will bring together the women who are redefining the future of hospitality.
Accelerate Action Takes Over Scarfes Bar
From 2:00 to 5:00 PM on March 10, Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London will host a series of talks and deep dives with some of the most influential women in hospitality. A dynamic lineup of discussions will unfold, accompanied by an exquisite selection of cocktails and canapés.
Key topics will include the initiatives London’s venues are championing to support women in the industry. Leading the conversation will be Sarah Walker, Project Manager at the Women’s Night Safety Charter, while Lorraine Copes, founder of Be Inclusive Hospitality, will explore the role of community building and the essential pillars of equity, diversity, and inclusion in hospitality.
Additional insights will come from Natasha Zone, Founder and CEO of One Zone, acclaimed author Mandy Naglich, and Monica Berg, co-founder of Tayēr + Elementary.
Driving Real Change and an Exclusive Takeover

Founded in 2019, Celebrate Her is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women in hospitality. Today, it represents 22 countries and a network of over 400 women, creating safe and inclusive spaces where community is at the heart of every initiative—including Accelerate Action.
