Mark your calendars: from Monday, September 23, to Sunday, September 29, the stunning Amalfi Coast will be more than just a dream destination – it’s set to become the epicenter of mixology with the first edition of the Amalfi Coast Cocktail Week (ACCW24). Conceived by Paola Mencarelli, this event will showcase some of the most renowned spots in the area, featuring a lineup of must-try drinks. Plus, as an event within the event, the second issue of Coqtail – for Fine Drinkers magazine will be launched at Miramalfi Hotel.
Coqtail – for Fine Drinkers at Amalfi Coast Cocktail Week 2024
Each issue of Coqtail – for Fine Drinkers revolves around a central theme, and this second release dives deep into the world of fashion and aesthetics, interpreted in all sorts of creative ways. The launch will take place in Amalfi on September 27 at the bar of Hotel Miramalfi during an invite-only event.
Attendees will be treated to cocktails crafted by Andrea Dipino, head bartender at Azur Cocktail and Lounge Bar, along with Alfonso Califano and Natale Palmieri, co-founders of Cinquanta – Spirito Italiano, one of the gems of the Campanian cocktail scene. They’ll be mixing drinks using Cordusio, the world’s first aperitif made with 100% natural red berries, all sourced from Italy. Amalfi Coast Cocktail Week 2024: A Traveling Event
The Amalfi Coast Cocktail Week is like no other. Unlike similar events usually held in one city (like Florence, Cortina, or Venice), this one’s on the move. It kicks off in Vietri sul Mare with an opening party on Sunday, September 22. Then, on Monday, September 23, and Tuesday, September 24, it rolls into Cetara, Maiori, and Minori, before heading to Ravello (September 25 and 26), Amalfi (September 27 and 28), and finally, Praiano and Positano on Sunday, September 29.

Expect a host of Italian and international guests, making this a networking and tasting opportunity like no other.
The Drink List for Amalfi Coast Cocktail Week 2024
A unique feature of ACCW24 will, as always, be the exclusive drink list curated for the event. Each bar will present its own three-part menu: a signature cocktail representing the bar, a drink crafted with local Campanian ingredients (the “Cocktail Campania Felix”), and a third made with products from the “RiEsco a Bere Italiano” initiative (Italian-made liqueurs, bitters, and spirits). The selection will vary, but not every bar will have the same options – some events will feature classic choices tailored to their location.
Cocktails and Beyond
Pairing is key, and it couldn’t be overlooked. Drawing from her previous experiences, Paola Mencarelli brings back the popular formats born during Florence Cocktail Week: Dining With The Spirits and Pizza With The Spirits. This year, there’s a new addition: Pastry With The Spirits – a sweet showdown between the Amalfi Coast’s finest pastries and cocktails. Missing out would be a pity; being there will be a delight.
