New, full of character and with original tastes. Never before have soft drinks expressed their potential through a specific trend: being the stars of evolved mixology. A name that stands out in this panorama is Three Cents, the line of premium tonic and soda waters produced in Greece and distributed by Coca-Cola HBC Italia.
Three Cents, The Philosophy Behind a Global Brand
Created in 2014 by three bartenders – George Bagos, Dimitris Dafopoulos and George Tsirikos – each Three Cents mixer is the perfect fusion of expertise and the highest production standards. It’s a philosophy that has led the brand to win a leading place in bars worldwide. The secret of this success is a rigorous production process that starts with the selection of top-quality natural ingredients and flavours, and is completed with high-pressure carbonation and bottling at low temperatures. The result is unique flavours and a refined, long-lasting fizz.
Fig Leaf Soda, the Latest Release Shaking Up the Scene

One of the most recent additions to the Three Cents range is their Fig Leaf Soda, created in collaboration with a Greek micro-community that hand-picks leaves of the Royal Fig variety in a protected area. Each drop of soda encapsulates the fig leaf aroma and preserves its subtle nuances: soft hints of ripe fruit intertwine with delicate earthy undertones, making Fig Leaf a key element at the bar to add a fresh twist to an Americano cocktail, a tequila-based long drink or a surprising Old Fashioned.
Other New Arrivals with Fruity and Spiced Aromas

Another new Three Cents product is the Mandarin & Bergamot Soda, which combines citrus fruits in an aromatic mixer. Their Sparkling Lemonade, meanwhile, blends Mediterranean lemons and Australian finger limes in a refreshing beverage. As for the brand’s staples, there’s the Pink Grapefruit Soda, conceived to create a “one and only” Paloma with pink grapefruit zest; the Cherry Soda with wild cherries and kernels, reminiscent of 1930s drinks; and the Ginger Beer made with Indian fermented ginger, perfect for punches and mules. The line is completed by the Pineapple Soda, which brings hints of South American pineapple to Tiki and long drinks.
Three Cents, the Tonic Waters Selection

As for tonic waters, the collection includes the classic bitter-fresh Tonic Water; the citrusy and botanical Dry Tonic; the Aegean Tonic Water, which incorporates cucumber, basil and Mediterranean herbs, spices and citruses; and the Lemon Tonic, combining three varieties of Greek citrus fruits with quinine. In other words: think Three Cents, think liquid art.
