From March 14 to April 28, the San Domenico Palace in Taormina opens the doors of The White Lotus Bar — a tribute to the acclaimed HBO series that put this storied location back in the global spotlight. Tucked inside the Bar & Chiostro of the Four Seasons Hotel, the bar captures the mood of the show’s second season with signature cocktails and an atmosphere that feels straight out of a scene written by Mike White.
Where HBO Meets Four Seasons

Long before fans discovered that the Emmy-winning series would next unfold in Thailand, HBO had already partnered with Four Seasons in a global collaboration. Since the very first season, the brand’s refined sense of hospitality was chosen as the setting for the show’s intricate storytelling. As Marc Speichert, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Four Seasons, explains, the partnership embraces a cultural phenomenon — one that blends masterful narrative with a universal longing for escape.
An Immersive Journey at The White Lotus Bar

At The White Lotus Bar, fans are swept into the cinematic allure of Season Two’s sun-drenched Sicilian scenes, while the cocktail menu becomes a passport to the locations that shaped the story. The Pineapple Suite evokes Maui’s island spirit, with tequila, pineapple and lime juice, Coco Lopex, Turbinado and Ube in a vibrant tropical mix. The Lotus pays homage to the romance of Taormina with notes of gin, peach liqueur and jasmine-infused white wine. And Coconut Paradise offers a glimpse of Southeast Asia, the setting of the upcoming season, with vodka, pandan-lime cordial, lemongrass, and delicate coconut flakes.
For a touch of delightful déjà vu, guests might even recognize a familiar face behind the bar — Juri Romano, San Domenico Palace’s bar manager, who made a few cameo appearances on the show.
A Taste of La Dolce Vita at The White Lotus Bar

Each cocktail is paired with a selection of savory and sweet tapas crafted by Executive Chef Massimo Mantarro. To complete the mood: a live soundtrack of Italian classics and a tarot reader offering glimpses into the future — a nod to Sicily’s age-old traditions.
